4. Excessive work pressure, reduce pressure

5. Cutting too deep, accumulation of friction heat, decrease in cutting depth or feed rate, or use of coolant or cooling devices

6. External debris entering between the sand belt and the roller or plate, removing debris, and efficient dust extraction are the best preventive measures

7. Excessive vibration of the sand belt, select a low hardness touch wheel to check the machine vibration or the quality of the sand belt

8. Touch roller cone; Remove the cone by grinding the roller when the touch roller or graphite pad is not parallel to the base; Reinstall and maintain parallelism

9. The machine is not running properly, and the sanding belt is broken by the travel switch for maintenance equipment (pay special attention to paper based sanding belt)

10. The difference in thickness of the workpiece is too large or there is partial overlap. Install protective devices for overlapping plates and oversized parts with impact sand belts
