1. The sand belt should be opened as needed and hung before use to restore its natural shape and adapt to the environment. However, in places with high humidity, it should not be hung for too long.


2. Before starting the machine, check the appearance quality of the sand belt. For example, whether there are defects, protrusions, or signs of damage on the sand surface; Check if the joint of the sand belt is flat, there are no openings, and there are no obvious protruding joint adhesive blocks on the back of the joint; Whether there is any fracture phenomenon at the edge of the sand belt; Whether the size matches the required size; Is the direction of the sand belt arrow the same as the direction of machine operation.

3. The base material of the sand belt back is generally divided into cotton cloth base material, composite base material, and polyester cloth. The breaking strength value of the cotton cloth base material sand belt is lower than the other two types of base material sand belt, and it should be installed on a machine with a slightly lower rotational speed for use.
